Global Consciousness

We spent so much time looking outward towards the Stars in the 50's, 60's, and 70's and then we took so much for granted in the 80's, 90's, and early 00's that should not be taken for granted. We forgot to take a look inward, to reflect on what is now called the Global Consciousness. Global Consciousness is the idea that we are all interconnected on a lonely island in the galaxy. Some have coined it a spaceship, and others have quoted the earth as a battlefield. What we should realize is that we are all in this together and fighting each other is just plain retarded, pardon the use of this derogatory term, but it's the only one strong enough to fit. Some matters are well worth the saying despite the fact that it may be unpopular. If you never experience the "Overview" effect your view can be very limiting in nature - horizons of entire cultures must be updated by teaching each other the idea that at a bare minimum we must communicate the idea of "Global Consciousness" effectively. It is no longer a matter of when we all die together, but the fact of the matter is that Humanity will die together as we live together.

Pep Talk to Myself

I want to be a writer.

I want to bring worlds and ideas to life for children, young adults, and adults alike and span multiple genres. I need to seek out the support of a brilliant agent in order to assist me in the people part of selling my works. I want to be known in political writing circles and in science fiction and fantasy writing circles as an up and coming author in the field. I want to touch audiences all over the world through plays, film, and books with stories that will stand the test of time. I would like to use Science Fiction and Fantasy storytelling to educate on the human condition, giving anthropologic external glimpses of how we humans affect the worlds around us - both real and imagined.

Drone Safety Regulations

I believe if there has not been a push to do so yet that we must at the very least on local levels push for stricter drone safety and usage regulations to prevent accidents so that everyone can fly their own friendly skies.

Global Warming

The Global Warming thing should no longer be a debate, we kind of should know by now if Global Warming is Real or Imaginary. However we have two schools of thought. There are those that think Global Warming is a non-issue and that nature is cyclical and could potentially go on forever, and then there are those that believe the earth is warming until all of the water on the earth is gone. The truth is that this would take hundred's of millions of years to become a reality even if the accomplishments of humanity didn't make them feel invincible to the damage they can do.
